Requirements, stakeholder alignment, UAT, training, phased go-live, and customer success for complex software rollouts.
About Mohammad Sazzad Hossain
I’m a Senior Product Manager who connects business priorities, customer needs, and technical execution across enterprise software, SaaS, and AI products.
At COBAIT, I lead implementation and product strategy for large US Oil & Gas operations, with a rollout spanning 800+ users, 30+ departments, and six core modules. I coordinate with Houston headquarters and connect business stakeholders, implementation teams, and developers through requirements, UAT, training, and phased go-live.

How I work
Alongside my role at COBAIT, I founded Tecnity, where I lead AI product development, MVP validation, and automation. My work includes VersivoAI, the NADIA assistant inside EZSell, and workflows that reduce manual content management time.
Previously, I led product development at Syntech, guiding a cross-functional team of 50+ while scaling POSSPOT to 400+ customers across South Asia. My earlier experience in software architecture, quality assurance, and project delivery shapes how I approach product decisions and execution.
That breadth helps me translate between business and technical teams, turn broad goals into testable requirements, surface delivery risks early, and keep execution tied to user outcomes.
