1. GAP Analysis

Analyze existing Sales and Marketing Methods and efforts. Collect and organize data. GAP Analysis between effort and desired outcome of a Business. Identify the root cause and deliver the detail reports. Discussion and Review meeting on GAP Analysis report with Top Management or Concern Department.

2. Build Up Business Growth Strategy

Develop Digital Marketing and Sales Growth Strategy that fit and suit for existing services or products. Which includes, develop strategy of Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimizations, Search Engine Marketing, Paid Ad Campaign ( Facebook, Google), Resource allocation, Training Schedules, Content Placement plan etc.

3. Implementation of Growth Strategy

Implement the Growth Strategy as per the plan. Which includes, asset development (website, social media pages, sales funnels etc.), content development, tool and software configuration, provide training to resource person as per the schedule, task distribution among the responsible person, paid ad campaign configuration.

4. Monitoring, Tracking and Growth Analysis

Monitor and Track each and every task, campaign. Evaluate the outputs from every segments, sales funnel and continuous tuning as per the requirements. Growth tracking and Analysis and prepare various type of reports like: growth chart, comparison report, ROI calculation report, graphical and PowerPoint presentation. Provide future recommendation and lesson learned summery.
